• February 1992 Mr. Lau and Mr. Au Yeung started their CPA practice ;
• January 1997 reformed under the name of Lau & Au Yeung C.P.A. Limited ;
• One of the first incorporated CPA firms approved by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants after the new legislation for corporate practice enacted in mid 1996 ;
• Lau & Au Yeung C.P.A. Limited is ranked as the top No. 8 firm in Hong Kong by the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited according to a research on "Top 10 accountant groups by number of new listings" published in January 2007 ;
• In November 2008, Lau & Au Yeung C.P.A. Limited entered a joint venture agreement with one of the Top Ten CPA firms, Reanda Certified Public Accountants, in Beijing and the joint venture CPA firm, Reanda Lau & Au Yeung (HK) CPA Limited, was formed in Hong Kong in April 2009.
• In September 2010, joined Reanda International, the first China-branded international accounting network, as their Hong Kong member.      

In step with growth of Hong Kong capital market in the 21st century, Reanda Hong Kong has successfully assisted our prestigious clients to be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong or Singapore. To ensure those IPO projects were well organized and monitored, we lined up a professional team of merchant bankers, lawyers, and surveyors. We acted as the reporting accountants of our clients and assisted in the preparation of the listing documents. We also acted as the Listco auditors after IPO.
