Ellis has over thirty years' experience in auditing, finance and administration. Including three years with Price Waterhouse (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers), and acting as financial manager and financial controller of a Hong Kong listed company and a major private company. This has given him extensive tax planning experience in the region of the PRC, Hong Kong and Macao, as well as expertise in arranging initial public offering for companies in Hong Kong, Singapore and US.

Both my wife and I love playing badminton and singing karaoke. We used to play badminton 4 times a week with our friends and sometimes with our sons. Apart from singing karaoke with our friends, we sometimes sing at home as we have a karaoke system at home.

歐陽先生擁有逾三十年之審計、財務及行政經驗，包括於羅兵咸會計師事務所 (現為普華永道國際會計公司)工作三年，與及分別出任一間本港上市公司及一間大型私人公司之財務經理及財務總監。歐陽先生深具中、港、澳三地的稅務策劃經驗，並具籌劃港、星、美三地的首次公開招股方面之豐富經驗。

歐陽先生和他的妻子十分喜歡打羽毛球和唱卡拉OK。他們每星期都會和朋友們，或他們的兒子一起打羽毛球4次。另外，他們於家裡有設有卡拉OK系統，以便他們隨時於家中唱歌。
