Franklin has over thirty years' experience in auditing, regional tax planning, operation re-engineering and financial arrangement. This included being financial controller for 2 listed companies in Hong Kong, as well as audit manager in Price Waterhouse (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers).

He maintains active liaison with numerous banks and financial institutes and is experienced in arranging initial public offering for companies in Hong Kong.

He has been appointed as the CEO of Reanda International since 2010.

He was the bowling champion and basketball team captain in consecutive years during his time in Big 4, and now enjoys tennis and photography very much to refresh himself from frequent travels for his duties in Reanda international’s CEO.

劉先生擁有逾三十年之審計、地區性稅務策劃、業務重組及融資經驗，包括曾任本港兩間上市公司之財務總監，及於羅兵咸會計師事務所(現為普華永道國際會計公司) 從事審計工作。

劉先生與各大銀行及金融機構保持緊密聯繫，並於籌劃首次公開招股方面具豐富經驗。

於2010年起，擔任利安達國際首席執行官。

劉先生於羅兵咸會計師事務所(現為普華永道國際會計公司)工作期間，曾經連續幾年擔任公司籃球隊隊長及保齡球比賽冠軍。由於執行利安達國際之工作往外地公幹頻繁，閒時享受歌唱及攝影以作調劑。
